1. How long is the life span of your bladder?
The life span of an unused bladder is about 1 year. And also depend on the storage condition. The life span of the butyl bladder can be extended by storing in suitable place.
2. How to store the bladders in proper way to maintain the best quality?
Please don’t exposure to direct sunlight or hot air and stored in a cool, shadowed place as these two factors will harm the bladders and can also lead to some quality problems. Please keep stock bladders in original poly-bags and cartons. No bladders shall be in stock for longer than one year.
3. How to make sure bladder is not SLOWLY AND SLIGHTLY leaking air?
Our bladder is made of double layer construction to avoid any air-leakage which may be caused by the pinholes. Even if there is a pinhole on the first layer of rubber film, it is very rare that the other pinhole will occur on the second layer at the same location on the bladder. Besides, we have 24 hours inflate leakage test. Will double confirm the issue.
4. How do you inspect?

2. Spherical shape and appearance is also inspected by our QC team.
5. What’s the size of needle?
We use inflating needles shorter than 3.3 cm in production line as long needles tend to pierce the bladder shell during ball production procedure.
